Summer Term:

Listening Topics: Revision of all topics, listening examination techniques, practice papers

A schedule of lesson activities will be published in advance.
Students will work individually on performing and composing coursework tasks and as a whole class on listening topics.
Students must remember to bring their music folder, instrument and music to lessons.

 

Assessments:

Assessment of performing coursework, composing coursework and listening skills will take place each term.
Assessments will be made during lessons, recording sessions and controlled assessment sessions at lunchtime and after school.
Assessment dates will be notified in advance.
Students are encouraged to practise in the Music rooms at lunchtime to develop their skills and to prepare for their assessments.
