ISSP Science Day

Most recently, students in Year 9 were asked to participate in a very successful Science Day at Hampton School. Here is what our students had to say:

‘I learnt a lot of things during the trip. I learnt that one catalase molecule can break down 200,000 molecules of hydrogen peroxide every second and I learnt all about the Archimedes Principle’.

‘I really enjoyed the trip. It was great to get to collaborate with people from different schools.

‘I had a wonderful time at Hampton, learning about the different sciences and doing different experiments. The sessions were fun and engaging and the many experiments helped explain a lot of difficult things making them easier to understand. I also made some new friends which was nice. Overall, I had a great day, and I would love to do something like this again!’.
