  • Dear Y13 Parents and Guardians

On Monday the 11th of December the Y13 mocks begin - attached you will find the timetable showing the days on which your daughter/son has their exams. On the days when they do not have an exam scheduled, they will be off timetable and therefore be allowed to study at home. If they would like to come in and use the Sixth Form study area they are more than welcome to do so. We also remain open after school if students would like to stay on in the afternoons to revise. Please note that students who do Health & Social Care and/or Btec Science are still expected to attend those lessons as normal during the mock period.

All Y13 students have been reminded of the need to be on time for their exams. They must arrive early and be outside their exam venue at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Students writing exams in the morning are encouraged to leave home extra early to give themselves time to navigate the traffic. Students should also allow themselves enough time to drop their phones off to their named envelope in the Sixth Form admin office, where they will be kept securely for the duration of their exam.

All Y13s are invited to join us on the last day of term - Thursday 21st December - for a final day of festive cheer before the Christmas break.

As always, please do get in contact if you have any concerns or queries. I wish all the Y13s the very best for their exams!

    Kind regards

    Lauren Viola

    Head of Year 13
