These are highly recommended resources that provide support for students both throughout the year and during exam preparation. Previous students have found this book extremely helpful in consolidating their understanding and preparing effectively for exams.

We are writing to request that any students wishing to sit a GCSE in a home language at Tolworth Girls’ School & Sixth Form (TGS) indicate their interest in doing so by Friday 25 September 2026. This also applies to anyone wishing to re-sit English and Maths who has already achieved a 4+.
We want to avoid any students sitting a home language in Year 13 as we know this can disrupt their other public examinations.
