Reviewers praised our ambitious leadership, inclusive ethos and commitment to continual improvement. They recognised the strong relationships between staff and students, our high expectations, excellent pastoral care and the positive culture that enables students to thrive both academically and personally.
The report also celebrated our consistently strong outcomes, our carefully planned careers programme, our commitment to reading and literacy, the opportunities available through our house system, and the extensive support provided for disadvantaged students and those with additional needs. Staff professional development, student leadership opportunities and the school's commitment to creating an environment where everyone feels valued were all recognised as significant strengths.
One particularly memorable comment from the review stated that our values are "lived not laminated", reflecting how our ethos of Aim High, Be Brave, Create Positivity is embedded throughout daily life at the school. The review also noted that students themselves describe Tolworth Girls' School as a place where "We can have fun here as well as learn," highlighting the balance between academic excellence and personal development that defines our school community.

The review, carried out by experienced school leaders from across the country, celebrates schools that demonstrate exceptional practice in leadership, teaching, learning and student outcomes.
